Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or using our services at Prime Inn Apartments.

By booking or using any service provided by Prime Inn Apartments, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

Booking & Reservations

All bookings at Prime Inn Apartments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our website
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us
  • You must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking
  • The minimum stay is 1 night unless otherwise specified
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out time: Before 11:30 AM
  • Late check-in: Available until 11:00 PM — please inform us in advance
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and may incur an additional charge
  • A valid CNIC or passport must be presented at check-in by all adult guests
  • Guests must comply with all check-in procedures set by our team
Please note: Failure to check out by the stated time may result in an additional night's charge being applied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy is based on how far in advance you cancel before your check-in date:

More than 48 hours before check-in 100% Full Refund Free
Between 24 – 48 hours before check-in 50% Partial Refund 50%
Less than 24 hours / Same day No Refund No Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method.

No-show policy: Guests who fail to arrive on their booked date without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount. No refund will be issued.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Cash
  • All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
  • A refundable security deposit of RS 20,000 is required at check-in
  • The security deposit will be returned within 24 hours of check-out, subject to a property inspection
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at booking will be honoured

Guest Responsibilities

As a guest of Prime Inn Apartments, you agree to:

  • Treat the apartment and all its contents with care and respect
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues to our team immediately
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking
  • Keep noise levels at a reasonable level, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM
  • Be responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party, including children
  • Leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure

House Rules

The following rules apply to all guests during their stay:

  • No smoking is permitted inside the apartment at any time
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises
  • Parties and gatherings beyond the booked number of guests are strictly prohibited
  • Illegal activities of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises
  • Children are welcome and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
  • Guests must respect the building's shared spaces, facilities, and other residents
  • Unauthorised subletting or sharing of the apartment is not permitted
Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, and you may be held liable for any damages or losses caused.

Liability

Prime Inn Apartments takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. However, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay
  • Injuries sustained due to misuse of apartment facilities or equipment
  • Service interruptions (electricity, water, internet) caused by external providers
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or government actions

Guests are advised to take appropriate travel insurance for their stay.

Damage & Security Deposit

A security deposit of RS 20,000 is collected at check-in and refunded after a satisfactory inspection at check-out.

  • Any damage to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or fixtures will be deducted from the deposit
  • If damage exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for the additional cost
  • Normal wear and tear is not considered damage
  • The deposit refund will be processed within 24 hours of check-out
Tip: We recommend taking photos of the apartment on arrival and reporting any existing damage to our team before settling in.

Privacy & Data

By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and provide our services.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for complete details.

Changes to Terms

Prime Inn Apartments reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.

It is the responsibility of guests to review the latest terms before making a booking. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
