We believe in fair and transparent policies. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds at Prime Inn Apartments.
Cancellation Timeline
Your refund depends on when you cancel relative to your check-in date.
Cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your check-in time and receive a full 100% refund. No questions asked, no penalties applied. We process refunds within 3–5 working days.
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be retained as a late cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or on the same day of arrival, are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed in the following steps:
Important Notes
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email
- The cancellation time is calculated from the moment we receive your written request
- Refunds do not include any service or platform fees where applicable
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances — in which case a full refund will be issued
- Date changes to an existing booking are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking
- Security deposits are separate and refunded within 24 hours of check-out, subject to inspection
