We believe in fair and transparent policies. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds at Prime Inn Apartments.

Cancellation Timeline

Your refund depends on when you cancel relative to your check-in date.

Free Cancellation — Full Refund
100% Refund

Cancel your booking more than 48 hours before your check-in time and receive a full 100% refund. No questions asked, no penalties applied. We process refunds within 3–5 working days.

Cancel more than 48 hours before check-in
Partial Cancellation — 50% Refund
50% Refund

If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be retained as a late cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellation — No Refund
No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or on the same day of arrival, are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.

Cancel less than 24 hours before check-in
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on their booked date without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount. No refund will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed in the following steps:

Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking (bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

Important Notes

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email
  • The cancellation time is calculated from the moment we receive your written request
  • Refunds do not include any service or platform fees where applicable
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances — in which case a full refund will be issued
  • Date changes to an existing booking are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking
  • Security deposits are separate and refunded within 24 hours of check-out, subject to inspection

Simply contact us via WhatsApp or call +92 318 5064447 and request a cancellation. Please have your booking reference and check-in date ready. We will confirm cancellation in writing within 1 hour.
Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after 5 days, please contact us.
Yes! Date changes are subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates. Date changes requested less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to the same cancellation policy.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full 100% refund of all amounts paid. We will notify you as early as possible and assist you in finding alternative accommodation where possible.
